The NDF Mission
The New Dream Foundation is committed to creating Global Spiritual Family through education, ritual and service to further awareness and action, supporting the sacredness of life.

We are a spiritual community without physical boundaries. The community meets via telephone and web, interacting virtually across international borders. We also meet at in–person ceremonies, retreats, conferences and gatherings.

We continue to grow as we welcome people of all spiritual orientations and cultures to join in ceremonies, education and service to further our development as a Global Spiritual Family.

Our Vision
Through global service projects, Foundation participants and partners put their personal spiritual values into action for the benefit of children, families and communities everywhere. The Foundation actively supports feminine principles of wisdom in spiritual practice and global leadership, recognizing the importance of the female voice and vision in guiding the male spiritual principle of action in the world.

We call forth in people their sense of individual purpose and ethical values for the good of humanity and the planet. We create ways to lift humanity out of our human tendency toward oppression by encouraging our capacity to live in compassion. The Foundation promotes respect for all life, including Mother Earth, all life forms on the planet, and people of all races, cultures and spiritual paths.

Our Philosophy
The Foundation upholds that all life is sacred. We recognize that the Divine lives in all things, within humanity and all of creation. We acknowledge all paths lead to the Divine. As beings of Divine origin, we commit to a sense of moral responsibility to each other and the planet that transcends any single religion or spiritual tradition.

How Did the New Dream Foundation Come to Be?
The New Dream Foundation is the vision of its Spiritual Director, Reverend Misa Hopkins. Having been a ceremonialist and project developer for many years, it was her desire to create a global spiritual community of people in service to each other, humanity and the planet.

With the encouragement of her friend, Ariann Thomas, President of the Foundation, they gave birth to a foundation that would support this mission. Though Reverend Misa's spiritual apprenticeship was in Native American traditions, she beautifully creates unique ceremonies, classes and events that are beyond the scope of any single religious tradition.
