Holding Space

For you....a spirit of Divine expression..

I feel you as happy—your days filled with moments that make good memories
I see you as healthy—every cell of your body strong and well
I know you as wealthy—receiving and giving in a flow of life that goes on and on
I hear you as safe—all the sounds around you speak of how you easily move through life
I sense you as love—your entire being knowing how much you are loved

If even for a moment you do not feel, see, know, hear, or sense these things about yourself, know that someone does. Someone holds a dream for you until you can hold it for yourself, just as you hold dreams for others.

And then remember the Divine absolutely adores and loves you. That wonderful space is being held for you!
